These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and activities on the btd22 platform. By registering an account or using any service on this platform, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1 Definitions & General Provisions

Key Terms

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry the meanings described below:

  • "Platform" — refers to the btd22 website, applications, and all associated digital services.
  • "User" or "Member" — any person who has registered an account on btd22 and is using the platform's services.
  • "Account" — each member's personal profile and wallet.
  • "Bonus" — any promotional credit or reward granted by btd22.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Applicability

These Terms apply to all services on btd22, including — sports betting, live casino, slot games, Hi-Lo, Juma Dragon, and other gaming products. btd22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration Requirements

To open an account on btd22, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide your name, date of birth, and contact details accurately.
  • Opening multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited.
  • If any information provided is false or misleading, the account will be terminated.
  • Your account login credentials must be kept completely confidential.

Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to use btd22:

  • Anyone under the age of 21.
  • Persons previously banned or excluded by btd22.
  • Officers, employees of btd22, or their immediate family members.
  • Anyone enrolled in a voluntary Self-Exclusion program.

All bets and winnings made by anyone in the above categories will be considered void.

Identity Verification (KYC)

btd22 may request necessary documents at any time to verify a user's identity. This may include a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed. This process is fully secure and protected via SSL encryption.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

btd22 supports only the following payment methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
  • Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service.
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
  • Upay — UCB's mobile financial service.
  • Bank Transfer — any scheduled bank in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank).

Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
  • Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
  • The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of unusual activity.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

btd22 offers a 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

The bonus is available only once and only one welcome bonus applies per user.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example:

  • ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = bonus winnings are withdrawable after wagering ৳10,000.

Bonus Abuse

btd22 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and suspend accounts if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected. Abuse includes — claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, and exploiting system vulnerabilities.

5 Gaming Rules

Fair Play Policy

btd22 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). It is entirely impossible to predetermine or influence the outcome of any game.

  • Use of automated software or bots is prohibited.
  • Hacking or unauthorized access to the game system is prohibited.
  • Coordinated strategies with other players are prohibited.

Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, and other sports follows the rules below:

  • Bets placed before an event begins are accepted at the stated odds.
  • If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • btd22 reserves the right to change betting market rules.
  • btd22 may void bets in cases of clear pricing errors.

VIP Program

The btd22 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback rates:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
  • Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Your tier depends on your overall gaming activity. Cashback is credited to your account automatically.

6 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Suspension by btd22

In the following circumstances, btd22 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

  • Registration using false information.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Any serious breach of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts under the same person.

In the event of account closure, btd22 will make a reasonable decision to return any verified balance, however bonus balances will be forfeited.

Account Closure by User

Dispute Resolution
